The general terms and conditions of sale described below govern the relationship between customers on the www.claverin.com website and the www.claverin.com website. These GTCS may be modified by CALDU at any time; in such a case, the GTCS applicable will be those in force on the day of the order.

Products

The products available for purchase on the www.claverin.com website are those offered on the day of the site visit, within the limits of available stock. Our products are described in the product sheets as precisely and detailed as possible. The photos presented are, however, for illustrative purposes only; each Claverin product is unique, and the product received by the customer may be slightly different, particularly concerning colors.

Prices

The prices indicated on the www.claverin.com website are presented in euros and include the applicable VAT. Delivery costs will be indicated when finalizing the cart, depending on the delivery address and the order amount. www.claverin.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced to the customer based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Ordering

Any order placed on the www.claverin.com website implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale, prices, and product descriptions. Any order form and data entry on successive screens validated by the customer result in an order considered irrevocable.

Claverin reserves the right to refuse to honor an order, particularly in cases of incomplete payment or an ongoing payment dispute.

Payment

Payments are made in euros and can be made by various means:

- Bank transfer

- Bank or postal check: the check must be issued by a bank domiciled in metropolitan France. The check must be made payable to CALDU SAS and sent to the following address (within 7 working days of the order):

The order will only be sent after the check has been cashed.

- Payment can also be made securely via Paypal or by credit card. The security system in place for credit card payments (one-time payment and payment in three interest-free installments) is the Payline by Monext system. Payline is a secure online payment system by credit card (CB, Visa, and Mastercard). Thanks to 128-bit SSL encryption, card numbers and expiration dates are never transmitted unencrypted over the Internet. All information concerning the transaction between claverin.fr and its customers is sealed and protected against interception attempts. Similarly, the storage of collected data is secured. Transactions are conducted with full confidence.

Delivery

The indicative shipping time for in-stock products is 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Any delay beyond this period shall not give rise to damages. For products not in stock, the indicative delay is indicated on the product sheet. Deliveries are made in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in most countries (in which case any taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer). In case of product unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified and may then request cancellation or exchange of their order.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order, particularly regarding the delivery address. Claverin.com cannot be held responsible for any input errors and their consequences (delays, delivery errors, etc.). In such a case, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipment may be made by Lettre Max, Colissimo Suivi, or Colissimo International. The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product and make reservations on the carrier's delivery note.

Shipping costs are charged based on the delivery address and the order amount.

Right of withdrawal - Exchange, credit note, and refund

From the date of receipt or collection of their order, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days. After this period, the products will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer. Beyond the legal period mentioned above, Claverin reserves the right to refuse exchange, credit note, or refund.

The returned item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase order. Products returned soiled, damaged, or incomplete will not be exchanged or refunded. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer; www.claverin.com recommends a return against signature. Returns must be sent to:

The refund or credit note will be processed upon receipt of the item. The exchange will be made within 30 days of the return.

Warranty

Claverin jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase of the product, unless otherwise stated on the item sheet. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or aging, improper maintenance, improper or abusive use of the jewelry, exposure to acids, solvents, chemicals, creams and perfumes... It should be noted that the acidity of the skin of some people causes pearls to die, the warranty does not cover this risk.
