The General Terms and Conditions of Sale described below govern the relationship between customers of the www.claverin.com website and the site itself. These terms may be modified by CALDU at any time; in such cases, the terms applicable will be those in effect on the day the order is placed.
Products
The products available for purchase on www.claverin.com are those offered on the day the site is visited, subject to stock availability. Our products are described on the product pages as precisely and detailedly as possible. However, the photos displayed are for illustrative purposes only; as each Claverin product is unique, the product received by the customer may differ slightly, particularly regarding color.
Prices
Prices listed on www.claverin.com are in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs will be indicated when finalizing the shopping cart, based on the delivery address and the order amount. www.claverin.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be billed to the customer based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Ordering
Any order placed on www.claverin.com constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the prices, and the product descriptions. Any purchase order or data entry on the successive screens validated by the customer constitutes an irrevocable order.
Claverin reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order, particularly in the event of incomplete payment or an ongoing payment dispute.
Payment
Payments are made in euros and can be completed via various methods:
- Bank transfer
- Bank or postal check: the check must be issued by a bank based in metropolitan France. The check must be made payable to CALDU SAS and sent to the following address (within 7 business days of the order):

The order will only be shipped once the check has been cashed.
- Payment may also be made securely by bank card. The security system implemented for bank card payments is Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1).
Delivery
The estimated shipping time for in-stock products is 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). No damages or compensation may be claimed for any delay in delivery. For products not in stock, the estimated timeframe is indicated on the product page. Deliveries are made within metropolitan France (including Corsica) as well as to most other countries (in which case any applicable taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility). In the event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified and may request the cancellation or exchange of their order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order, particularly regarding the delivery address. Claverin.com cannot be held liable for any data entry errors or their consequences (such as delays or delivery errors). In such cases, any re-shipment costs shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping may be carried out via Colissimo, Colissimo International, Chronopost, or ChronoShop2Shop. The customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product, and note any issues on the carrier's delivery slip.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the order total.
Warranty
Claverin jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or aging, improper maintenance, misuse or abuse of the jewelry, or exposure to acids, solvents, chemicals, creams, perfumes, etc. Please note that the acidity of certain individuals' skin can cause pearls to deteriorate; the warranty does not cover this risk.

Governing Law – Disputes
