Shipping your package

When products are in stock, packages are shipped within 72 hours of receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo or tracked letter for cord changes. If you would like a different delivery method, please contact us. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible, allowing you to track the delivery of your package online.

We do not include invoices or delivery notes in your packages. You can find them in your customer account.

Delivery in France is free for orders over 300 euros. For orders to be shipped abroad, delivery rates vary depending on the country and the order amount.

You have a legal period of 14 days to return your purchases, provided they have not been worn. In this case, please carefully package the jewelry. We recommend shipping them via tracked Colissimo in a sturdy cardboard package and returning them to the following address:

You will be refunded, after receipt of the products and verification of their condition, within a maximum of 30 days, for all returned products (excluding shipping costs), by check or directly to your bank card or PayPal account, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
